Our Mission

Two Foundations.
One Morning.
One Purpose.

By joining forces, both foundations reach and unite their communities — turning a single morning of movement into meaningful support for pediatric cancer research.

Nicholas Zoe Foundation

Nicholas Zoe Foundation

Founded in March 2024 by Alexia Potamitou in loving memory of her son Nicholas Artemiou, who passed away on October 23, 2023 at the age of nine following a heroic three-year battle with Ewing Sarcoma — a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. His remarkable strength, courage, and resilience are the driving force behind everything the foundation does.

Operating across Cyprus and the United States, the Nicholas Zoe Foundation funds innovative research, supports families facing diagnosis, and raises global awareness. To date, the foundation has contributed over $400,000 to Boston Children's Hospital, working toward a $500,000 goal to advance a groundbreaking liquid biopsy test toward clinical use.

Bolt Project by Max Strong

The Bolt Project is Max Strong's fitness event activation program — where community, fitness, and purpose collide. Through 5K races, padel tournaments, golf tournaments, and fitness classes, the Bolt Project channels movement into meaningful fundraising for pediatric cancer research.

The name “Bolt” reflects moving with full force and relentless energy — the same unstoppable spirit applied to fighting pediatric cancer. Bolt by Max Strong is where that spirit becomes action.

Founded by Clementina Gonzalez after her younger brother Max's battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia — diagnosed at just three years old. On June 21, 2023, Max rang the bell. Today he is nine, healthy, and unstoppable. The Max Strong Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) empowering pediatric cancer patients in underserved communities across the U.S. and Latin America.

Where Your Gift Goes

Boston
Children's
Hospital.

For decades, treating childhood cancer meant trial and error. Doctors used the same chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation on every child. A one-size-fits-all approach that hit everything, including healthy tissue, with no way of knowing if it was targeting what was actually driving the cancer.

Precision medicine changed cancer treatment for adults years ago. Children were left behind, their tumors too rare, too varied, too understudied. Boston Children's is closing that gap.Their researchers built genetic testing tools designed specifically for children's tumors, making it possible, for the first time, to match a child to a treatment built for their cancer.

Your donation puts that breakthrough within reach of every child who needs it.
